Logging in

Open your browser and go to http://www.learnerTrack.net or the secure version https://www.learnerTrack.net.  Note some users have a special domain name to use; if this is the case then the LearnerTrack administrator in your organisation will let you know.
Do not use another person's user name to log in.  Do not ever give out your username and password to another user, administrator or Monterpoint staff member. 

The Login page is very simple.  Enter your User name, password and press Login.

You will then be logged in and taken to the main menu.

The password is case sensitive so make sure the caps lock button is off and you take care to spell it exactly as set up.

Details about your connection such as IP address are shown and may be recorded when you log in.  This is to help maintain the level of security required for an application dealing with sensitive data.

If you make a mistake or there is another problem you will be asked to try again.
If your account is blocked then you will be locked out.  To reinstate your account please contact the LearnerTrack administrator in your own organisation. 

This helps stop illegal access and may occur if:

  • the wrong password is used three times
  • your account has been blocked  for another reason
  • you are trying to connect from a computer which is not allowed to connect (your administrator may have limited access to a set of known IP addresses).
If you are the Superuser and are locked out contact the helpdesk.
